OXFORD — To welcome both the Christmas season and a number of new families to the church, the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Oxford hosted its first Family Fun Festival on Sunday, December 18, 2016. People of all ages had fun making crafts, tracing their hands for the community tree, eating homemade snacks, and singing carols. Not even the rain that day could dampen the participants' mood.
